"Very pleased with the service, especially the return trip when a combination of the late arrival of the Eurostar and delays at passport control meant we were 45 mins late but the driver was waiting patiently. I did send updates but I’m not sure they went through to the driver. Because we had a minibus it was easy to spot it, I’m not sure how easy it would be with an ordinary car. However, I would happily use the service again."

"Company rang us to say our driver was waiting at Costa coffee, we had spent considerable time walking up and down looking for our name. Our driver wasn't there at this stage. I tried phoning back but received no answer. We received a 2nd call telling us our driver was parking and would meet us soon. Other than this delay the service was fine."

"The service was late 1 hour after being scheduled for 8am pick up - we called the firm 5 times and kept getting we’ll be there in 10-15 mins The worst service ever ! If we had not prepaid - I would have just jumped in a taxi - which I should have anyway! The firm charges 5 pounds sterling for every 15 mins if we are late, but if you are late and ruin our day where is our 25 pounds sterling back? We don’t want a credit for future service- we want our money back from what we paid the first time and an apology from the firm for constantly lying to us. Mr and Mrs Niggel "

"Driver arrived at about 8.20am when booking was for 9.15am We ended up loading at 8.59am Overall trip was good but disappointed to receive an email on 23/4 saying an extra cost of £18 WAS TO BE CHARGED to my card account. I replied to the email & advised that I have told my bank to reject this request as I have already paid the agreed amount of £55.50"

"Driver was lost, didn't understand directions when given on the phone so took a good 15 minutes to arrive, therefore we were 15 minutes delayed. Our building is new but sat navs etc should now have the correct information if updated regularly, although generally from past experiences people end up in the street next to us, however to be fair this driver was a bit off. Apart from that he was pleasant and helpful. Perhaps needs better equipment and a bit if training."

We got left at wrong place. It was a bad experience because we had to walk and there was no help. He should’ve listened to my instructions. "

"Let me tell you fellow tourist. I booked this on my phone and no where on their websites does it say that same day cancellations are non refundable. Not on their website or the web receipt so I am contesting the charge. They are taking advantage of tourist with this unfair rule. I have never encountered this rule before anywhere in the world including Asia, Australia and South America. So buyer beware. I would use another company instead and always ask. "

"My plane arrived 30 minutes earlier. I called the company and they asked me to wait for him at the Short Term Car Park. Driver arrived at the time of reservation. On the return trip, the driver went to the wrong reception but we quickly sorted things out and I was on time. "

I amended the journey with them about 2 weeks earlier down to 4 passengers and they said the price would be £35.00. Can I please have details regarding the refund, as I need to know when it will be back in the account which paid for it."

When I called the taxi company I booked with to enquire about where my taxi was after waiting in the rain for 20 minutes all they said was that they would call me back, which they never did. Think I'm just gunna stick with uber or black cabs in the future."

"I booked the cab on-line for my teenage daughter to go to Heathrow as I was away and not able to take her to the airport. The taxi driver arrived late and at first refused to go to there. after contacting his office and shouting at them he did agree. Then he asked my daughter how she is going to pay. When he heard that I already paid on-line he called the office and shouted again. As the result my daughter was horrified and very scared. She almost left the cab! If she did it (and I would not blame her!) she would miss her flight to Singapore! I called the office to complain but never heard back despite the promise! I DO NOT WISH ANYBODY TO PUT THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH SIMILAR EXPERIENCE!!!!! "
