"I paid for executive car and none was available. So I did not receive any booking confirmation from Taxicode which were unavailable on the phone. I left messages but no reply. I had to call the taxi company and they ended up booking me on a standard car which is fine. However when I wrote an email to be reimbursed the difference between executive and standard car I did not get any reply."
