"Excellent. I will use your service again. I had not heard of Falcon Cars so I would not have gone to them for a quote, but they were cheaper than my local company.That company once sent a smelly driver who went all round the houses to get back from Heathrow and told me it would cost me £10 more than the controller had said on the phone. I will never use that company again even though I was a loyal customer for years and most of the drivers were fine. Ahmad who came was efficient, polite and non-smelly. I don't have a mobile phone because i am a little old lady so reliability is key.
